Our Technicians have a minimum experience of ten years in the Computer field. Our most experienced technician worked on the 8088 XT PC. One of the very first home computers made. All technicians are certified in, at least, two computer languages.

Our Technicians will talk to you in English. There is no need for technical talk. If you cannot understand them, what good will they do for you?

H.E.R.B. Communications has the best prices. You paid enough for your system, why get charged the same price to learn how to use it. Each Technician will produce an estimate of the price before we proceed with the repair.

The Internet

You can learn to be a master of the Internet within days. All of our technicians have their own WEB site and are versed in HTML programming

In House Service

We come to the comfort of your house. We use your system so that you can get the most out of the training we provide. If a problem is too extensive, we will take your system back to the shop, repair it, and deliver it back to you. Estimated repair time will be provided.
